What Is Jetlag?
Jet lag is being too tired or too awake after arrival in another time zone.
This effect can affect every person differently.
There is a difference if you come from East to West, of from West to East.
You usually experience a hangover like tiredness. You can't sleep until late in the night and if the alarm rings at 6AM you are in the deep sleep phase and have extreme difficulties getting up. Or it's 6 in the afternoon and you are so tired as you would at midnight. The first two days are usually the worst for me, after that it's just a little uncomfortable being a little tired at times during the day. After one or two weeks no effects are left.
The severeness of the effect depends on, time difference of the destinations and length of stay in the county you are coming from.
